Whether you're a good candidate for license reinstatement depends upon the reason for your suspension, and the number and type of convictions that you have on your record.
It also depends on the manor in which those convictions were obtained by the court, that is, no contest please, guilty please, trial, and wheather you were represented by an attorney, or waived this right at your court proce3eding. It may also even depend on the accuracy of the charging document, (the ticket) issued at the time of the traffic stop.
Most of the clients I represent, (unbeknownst to them) have more than suspension on their record. So finding out exactly what's on your record is really the first step in gettying your license reinstated.
If you are serious about reinstating your drivers license, the first step is having a license review. For a $250.00 License Review Fee, you’ll receive what Driver Control can’t give you…
1. Your driving record reviewed by Mr. Oswalt (who has 15 years legal experience assisting Kansas Drivers) and a phone consultation with you explaining your suspension(s).
2. I will inform you of what “legal action” may be available to you for the reinstatement of your Drivers License. (Not all licenses are eligible to be reinstated).
3. I will tell you of what steps that may be taken “by you” to shorten the length of your suspension, or to completely eliminate it all together.
If desired, after your license review has been completed and if legal action is desired, I can give to you a free “legal fee quote” to attempt to reinstate your license, as well as the “Probability of success” to do so.
And if you decide to pursue your license reinstatement within 30 days from the day of your license review, your previously paid $250.00 license review fee, will be applied toward your reinstatement legal fee.
Daily life requires that you have a valid license. If you would like help in regaining your privilege to drive, maybe we can help.
